250 gm butter, softened
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk ( next time reduce it to 1/4 cup)
2 1/2 cups self raising flour, sifted
1 cup white choc chips
1 cup dark choc chips
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees c. Line baking trays with baking paper
2. Mix the butter, sugar and condensed milk and beat at high speed until pale and creamy. Reduce speed to low, add the flour and mix until the dough almost come together.
3. Remove the bowl, add choc chips and stir until well combined. Roll heaped tablespoon of mixture into balls and place onto baking trays. Flatten slightly with fingertips or fork.
4. Bake 14 - 16 minutes. Stand 5 minutes on trays.
It is really crunchy. Try it.
