Setelah beberapa Jumaat berlalu, baru hari ini berkesempatan untuk menulis beberapa kata di sini. Was not feeling well the past few weeks. Baru dua tiga harini je bertenaga sedikit.
Just merely 3 weeks after my operation, I was down again only this time the culprit was aedes. I was warded for 5 days for dengue fever but recuperation was slow. Real slow. Aches was all over the body. Nak menulis nama pun tulisan herot berot kerana tangan menggeletar.
Well, sedikit explanation kerana lama tak update. Really miss the cooking. Really miss the picture taking but deep down inside there is a little voice asking me to hold down a little bit more.
By the way, salad ni was done two months back. Found the picture in the file and here it is....
I planted bende at the back of the kitchen. Subur dan banyak buah. Hari hari petik buah bende and know what, we really enjoy taking it just as it is. Petik yang muda dan buat ulam. Sedap.
Ada juga kadang-kadang buat salad seperti ini:
SALAD BENDE
6 biji bende
4 kuntum
brokoli potong separuh setiap kuntum
¼ biji capsicum
dipotong dadu
½ biji bawang
besar di dadu besar
5 biji tomato
ceri dibelah dua
Secubit lada
hitam kasar
1 sudu besar
extra virgin olive oil
1 sudu besar
jus lemon
10 helai daun
pudina
Cara:
1. Rebus air sehingga mendidih.
Celur bended dan brokoli sebentar.
Angkat dan masukkan ke dalam air sejuk.
2. Potong serong bende.
3. Di dalam mangkuk, masukkan
kesemua bahan dan gaul rata.
4. Makan segera apabila siap.
Well, enjoy yourself.
Jumpa lagi kalau masa mengizinkan.
